Justice is still not died

Indian women who accused a Pakistani Man of forcibaly marrying has been allowed to return home. The Islamabad high court fave a verdict that Uzma is free to return her home i.e. India at any point and will be escorted to wagah border with the Police security.

Uzma is a young girl in her early 20’s and has taken refuge at indian mission Islamabadafter accusing a Pakistani man of forcibly marrying her. She accused Pakistani national Tahir ali Forced her to marry him at gunpoint.

According to sources Uzma and Ali met in Malaysia and there they fell in love and on May 3rd they had thier nikkah in Pakistan.

 During the hearing, the judge asked Uzma if she wished to speak to her husband but she refused and also accused Ali for stealing her ravel documents.- NDTV reported
Uzma filed a petition on May 12th along with a medical report stating that her daughter is suffering from an inherited blood disorder characterised by abnormal hemoglobin production and that is why she need to return to India urgently.
