The health officials of the Democratic Republic of Congo confirmed a single case of the Ebola virus attack. The killer Ebola virus is known to infect the populations of the gorillas, chimpanzees, fruit bats and other mammals of the rain forest of Central as well as the western Africa. The virus occasionally infects humans who come in contact with those animals or the fellow human being who is infected. The virus spreads through the bodily fluids which spread through intermittent outbreaks. The fever has symptoms like blood loss, nausea, vomiting, etc. This deadly virus kills around 50% of the total infected population.
The World Health Organization has currently deployed a group of health workers at the infected places of the country. They are to conduct surveillance for the tracking of the virus. The very first team consisted of the epidemiologists, experts, and biologists, and also the experts of the risk communication and social mobilization along with the experts of community hygiene and personal specializing in water sanitation and hygiene reached the infected area of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
