It’s a living soul inside a 7,000 sq. ft. gigantic venue with a sole purpose of giving the best to the city and providing the up market gentlemen a perfect place for intimacy, luxury and a corporate greet over a variety of whiskey, scotch and cigars.
Burn Kitchen & Malt Room is decked up from the exterior angle as a classically elegant & a posh place to visit, with their huge logo mounted in the pedestrian vicinity. The entrance marks a huge black door with Burn monogram embed towards its left and one step into the interiors, you can feel the vibe of the place contemplating your future plans. The whole venue is brushed in shades of brown with yellow dim lights showcasing a huge bar on the right with bar stools and comfort leather upholstery seating towards the left and tables for two placed systematically in between the both. On the extreme stretch, there are comfort seating towards the either side with artificial bonfires on one side with shelves on the other which are filled with folders, malts and cigar boxes. The bar also displays the whole single malt collection and the interior allures of luxury and royalty at large. In short, it is a perfect setting for a classic dining experience & an ice breaking conversation.
In order to give their patrons that luxurious yet simplistic experience the diner & lounge has delicately crafted their menu with quirky bar bites, innovative & scrumptious mains, with fair amounts of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available with an array of exciting selection of cocktails and mocktails.
The menu features Bouillabaisse (a traditional French seafood broth served with garlic crostini) under soups; Creamy Goat Cheese with Caramelized Apple (arugula salad with brittle walnut, balsamic dressing) under salads; Chin Win Chicken (crispy chicken & vegetable tossed in spicy chilly, garlic & soya sauce), Corn on the Cob (charred corn cob, butter, lime), Oriental style stuffed mushroom (crispy cheese stuffed mushrooms tossed in sweet & spicy sauce) under appetizers; Thai spiced corn & oyster mushroom phyllo rolls (oyster mushrooms stuffed in phyllo rolls with sriracha mayo), Cheese Cigars (fried cheese rolls with jalapeno 7 spicy cheddar sauce), Kalmi Kebab (boneless pieces marinated in aromatic indian spices & chargrilled to a perfection) under their gourmet bites.
Amongst the mains some of the highlights are Geang Keow Wan Pak (green thai vegetable curry, basil rice), Blackened Creole Chicken (pan fried cajun spiced chicken supreme with okra rice and tomato salsa, garlic pepper sauce), Broiled Lobster with saffron infused linguine (seared arugula, roasted shallots) and Pan Roasted Red Snapper with Marwadi Kadhi Tadka (ajwain roasted baby potato & grilled asparagus).
The dessert menu has all the signature dishes like Caramelized Khari with Kulfi (khari drizzled with caramel sauce & served with kulfi), Burn Baked Alaska (flambe dessert) and Burn’s Flaming Chocolate Ball (flambe chocolate with a twist of chocolate mousse).
Mixologist, Pawan Shahri has experimented thoroughly with his concoctions and curated cocktails like Dialogue (Cardamom infused vodka with spicy ginger syrup & lemon juice with a citrus burn), Tipsy Chromie (Malibu, Coconut Milk, Turmeric & Glazed honey syrup with sugar cane dash), Mr.Banker (Whiskey with hand cut ice blocks, burnt orange cuts, lemon soda and mint & glazed honey), and Oxygen (Vodka, limoncello, homemade vanilla syrup with lemon juice, mascarpone and a little bit of magic). The Mocktails include Kokum Fizz, Fatty Wealth, Summer Snaps and Espresso Tonic.
